The integration, announced yesterday, connects Salesforce data with OpenAI\u2019s ChatGPT to help sellers prioritize leads, update opportunities, and generate account plans without switching apps or tabs.<\/p>\n<p>The idea is to eliminate what Salesforce calls the \u201ctoggle tax\u201d \u2014 the friction of jumping between tools \u2014 by allowing users to ask ChatGPT questions like \u201cShow me my uncontacted leads\u201d or \u201cUpdate this opportunity to Closed Won,\u201d and get real-time results powered by Salesforce data.
